Wally Covington is the Co-Manager and assistant coach. His duties as co-manager includes handling all of the teams finances. |
| Gerald Covington is the oldest Blue Sox member of the team. He has been with the organization since the 1950’s. Gerald is the Hitting and bench coach for the 2013 season. |

Quazzi Covington is an assistant and third base coach. He completes the family coaching staff. Quazzi has followed in his dad’s foot steps by playing on past Blue Sox rosters and now tries to help the team to new goals. |
